As soon as I finished lovingly painting the berries with the mixture of melted Robertson's Silver Shred marmalade mixed with a couple of splashes of Amaretto is when it all started.

There it was playing in my head as I put this fruit pizza together, and to top it off : ) any design will do. It’s so pretty. I waffled between a berry cake and the fruit pizza for my ladies wine and dessert afternoon today. The fruit pizza won. What a show off.!! Tasting along the way, while putting this together, it tastes as good as it looks. Don’t even ask if you can substitue Birds custard for the cream cheese. Got to get to this food blog more often.
